RAFAEL, CA, October 21, 1999 As a first step toward expanding
its presence within the dynamic computer games marketplace, Totally
Games is pleased to announce a new publishing partnership with
Activision, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATVI) of Santa Monica, California. Totally
Games joins id Software, Inc., Lionhead Studios, Nihilistic Software,
and Pandemic Studios among others in Activisions roster
of leading game developers.

Totally
Games Holland has been designing and developing computer
games for more than 15 years. Most noteworthy among Totally Games
works are the X-Wing® series including the highly acclaimed
TIE Fighter®, with its most recent entry Star Wars®:
X-Wing® Alliance released in March of this year, and Secret
Weapons of the Luftwaffe®, a World War II air combat simulator
released over eight years ago that still enjoys an active fan
base. These products were developed in conjunction with and published
by LucasArts Entertainment LLC. Recently, PC Gamer named Holland
one of the worlds greatest gamemakers (PC Gamer,
September 1999).
In
addition to the new Activision relationship, Totally Games continues
to maintain its long-standing relationship with LucasArts, although
there are no new X-Wing series products in the pipeline
at the moment. Speaking about his history with LucasArts, Larry

successful relationship with LucasArts. We have helped each other
grow and prosper. I will continue to look for ways to carry this
