SAN RAFAEL, CA, October 21, 1999 — As a first step toward expanding its presence within the dynamic computer games marketplace, Totally Games is pleased to announce a new publishing partnership with Activision, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATVI) of Santa Monica, California. Totally Games joins id Software, Inc., Lionhead Studios, Nihilistic Software, and Pandemic Studios among others in Activision’s roster of leading game developers.

Lawrence Holland, Founder and Lead Designer of Totally Games had this to say, "Activision is truly one of the preeminent game publishers and has chosen to work with some of the finest developers — we are happy to be a part of this team." "My vision to create totally involving games is complemented by Activision’s goal to release AAA titles."

"Totally Games has an impressive history for making high quality, best-selling games for over a decade," stated Mitch Lasky, executive vice president, Activision Studios. "We are very excited to add them to our family of developers and are looking forward to the computer game magic their studio will create."

Totally Games’ Holland has been designing and developing computer games for more than 15 years. Most noteworthy among Totally Games’ works are the X-Wing® series including the highly acclaimed TIE Fighter®, with its most recent entry Star Wars®: X-Wing® Alliance released in March of this year, and Secret Weapons of the Luftwaffe®, a World War II air combat simulator released over eight years ago that still enjoys an active fan base. These products were developed in conjunction with and published by LucasArts Entertainment LLC. Recently, PC Gamer named Holland one of the world’s greatest gamemakers (PC Gamer, September 1999).

In addition to the new Activision relationship, Totally Games continues to maintain its long-standing relationship with LucasArts, although there are no new X-Wing series products in the pipeline at the moment. Speaking about his history with LucasArts, Larry commented, "For over 13 years Totally Games has enjoyed an incredibly successful relationship with LucasArts.
